Two siblings crewed on a fishing trawler are sent to investigate a mysterious ghost ship for survivors. The contradictory structure of the boat where rotten wood and rust ties seamlessly with modern parts, leads them below deck where reality bends and unfolds. The siblings quickly realise there is nobody to rescue but themselves.

Short Stories of 2024 and 2025

In 2024 I had a spooky dream that was so vivid that I felt the need to solidfy it as a short story. Despite never having seriously written creative fiction, I wrote 'Bowel's of a Boat'. I was proud of my work and perhaps with a dash of hubris, I even tried publishing it. Unsurprisingly, no luck! So I decided I needed to improve my writing skills for the future. For one, I started reading much more. What's more, I started a weekly writing group among friends. These short stories are the result of the exercises from that group!
